Get Started with ROSC Mobile

The ROSC mobile app brings powerful AI documentation to your smartphone, allowing you to record consultations anywhere. This tutorial will guide you through downloading, installing, and setting up the mobile app.

Step-by-Step Instructions

    Download ROSC from App Store or Google Play

    Visit your device's app store and search for "ROSC AI" or use the direct links below:

    Log in with your account credentials

    Use the same email and password you used to create your ROSC web account. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one directly in the mobile app.

    Enable microphone permissions

    When prompted, grant the following permissions:

    • Microphone: Required for recording consultations
    • Notifications: Optional, for processing updates
    • Background App Refresh: Optional, for syncing

    Customize notification preferences

    Set your preferences for default recording quality, language, specialty templates, and notification settings. You can change these anytime in Settings.

    Your recordings sync automatically

    Your recordings automatically sync between mobile and web. Create a recording on your phone, and it will appear on your desktop. Start on one device and continue on another seamlessly.

Setup Tips

  • Connect to Wi-Fi before downloading to avoid using mobile data
  • Enable biometric login (Face ID/Touch ID) for quick access
  • Download specialty templates while on Wi-Fi for offline use
  • Test your microphone before your first patient consultation

Troubleshooting

App won't download

Ensure you have sufficient storage space and a stable internet connection. Try restarting your device or clearing app store cache.

Login issues

Verify you're using the correct email and password. Use the "Forgot Password" option if needed. Ensure your account is verified.

Sync not working

Check that you're logged into the same account on all devices. Ensure background app refresh is enabled and you have an active internet connection.
