Documentation time per patient

“Practicing as a Nurse in a busy community clinic, I didn't think I would have much use for this program. However, my mind quickly changed after using ROSC in real time. I love the dictation mode as I am able to quickly summarize visits without needing to type. It cut down my documentation time from 3 mins per patient to under 40 seconds.”
Yujin Gao, RNNurse Practitioner

Synthetic visit, shown in the new ROSC iPad app. Fact-checked edits work on iPhone, iPad and the web.

How it works

Record. Review. Done.

Three moves per visit. The typing is ROSC’s job.

  1. Recording screen with the live transcript of a heart failure visit and the recording controls.

    1Record

Press record. Talk to your patient.

The transcript appears as you speak. If the connection drops, the recording is kept on your device and uploads by itself when you’re back online.

    Live transcript
  2. Review card for an unclear blood pressure value, with the visit audio waveform and Confirm, Dismiss, Edit.

    2Review

Check what it wasn’t sure of.

ROSC writes the note in your template and flags any value it wasn’t sure it heard, so you check those first. In the iPhone and iPad app, tap one to hear that exact moment.

    3Done

    Copy it into your chart.

Copy the note in one tap, export a PDF or Word file, or insert it from the Chrome side panel. Your EMR stays exactly as it is.

FAQ

Questions clinicians ask.

Something else? Email info@rosc.ai

How much time does ROSC save?

When you stop recording, ROSC writes the note almost instantly, so it’s done before the next patient instead of at the end of the day. Yujin Gao, a nurse practitioner, told us her documentation went from 3 minutes per patient to under 40 seconds.

Do I need my patient’s consent?

Yes. Record only with your patient’s consent. Our patient consent form helps you explain what ROSC does.

How accurate are the notes?

Every note is a draft for you to review. Values ROSC wasn’t sure it heard are flagged so you check them first, and nothing in the note changes without you. ROSC is a documentation aid: it does not diagnose or give treatment advice.

Does ROSC work with my EMR?

Yes, with any EMR and nothing to set up. Copy the note in one click, export it as PDF or Word, or use the Chrome side panel to insert it into a browser-based EMR.

What if the internet drops during a visit?

Keep going. The recording is saved on your device and uploads by itself when you’re back online. In the web app and the Chrome extension, a recording that hasn’t uploaded is kept for up to 7 days, so reconnect before then.

Which languages does ROSC support?

ROSC transcribes and writes notes in multiple languages, including English and French.
